![]() ![]() Overall I would definitely recommend you pick this game up. Also the ending kind of sucks but I've heard that it is from the original game so can't fault nightdive for that. Bought the game and essentially binged it for my entire 15 hour playthrough. Overall, not a perfect game, but very fun nonetheless with really cool setpieces, cool enemies, and fun puzzles that most of the time aren't too frustrating. Game is very heavy in resource management, and you'll never really feel like you have a lot of anything except for maybe in the last level because they throw a lot of items your way. Also, as far as I know, you can't change any difficulties once you start your game, so keep that in mind too. Even with combat on 1, you'll probably die a fair bit, so keep that in mind when you play. Prepare to be frustrated at times in the game, as sometimes it feels unfair and it can be really hard to figure out where you're supposed to go next (I played the game all on 2's except for combat which I had on 1). Play this over a Virtual LAN as it will play a bit smoother than playing it directly online as me and my co-op discovered. Yeah, and the most common advice for multiplayer experience is SAVING every time before you walk through a bulkhead / elevator. I have set the ports, I have attempted to patch the. I figure Hamachi would work the best, however, it does not. I have tried every available option to get this game to work in co-op but my friend is unable to join every single time. Also rewards exploration a lot, but sometimes not as much as I felt like it should have. The feeling is like 'system shock 2 that youve never played'.
